Hello. We are Carlos and Maria, a marriage of 55-59 years and have a son, Carlos of 20 years. We live in Granada. Maria is a teacher and I am Carlos, a policeman. I consider myself a serious, formal and quite handyman. So if there is something wrong or any damage, do not worry it will soon be corrected. We bought the apartment in 2009, it was love at first sight, and never better said, cause seeing the view from the balcony and the rest of the floor, we decided to buy it and reform it. We also have the help of Mari. Neighbour’s apartment. Which helps us in all reception jobs, accommodation, cleaning, etc..And which is always available to any suggestion or need. We bought the apartment in 2009, it was love at first sight, and never better said, cause seeing the view from the balcony and the rest of the floor, we decided to buy it and reform it. Due to the crisis, government cuts, etc. have chosen to rent it, so that we can cope with the mortgage, community, etc. Our main interest is that our customers have an enjoyable experience, based on a relationship of trust, cordial, warm  and friendly. So that you feel at home.

The need to improve our offer to many of our clients wanting to be with us again, but that could not be because Minerva 909 was booked, took us to buy anotheer beautiful apartment Gamonal 25.

This apartment is led by Lurdes, who is a great person and she works in the building block of the apartment as the cleaner. So, she is always at hand and is always a great help. She  will make you feel at home.

This apartment is next to Minerva, about 100 m away, which allows us to always serve our customers at all times. So that you would always be well served by Mari or Lurdes, and myself, so on any problem or inconvenience that may arise, we will always be by your side.

   We also have the help of Mari a  (neighbor's apartment) and lurdes. Which helps us in all reception jobs, accommodation, cleaning, etc.. And which is always available to any suggestion or need.
